This machine has been working at my home for about 4 years now. It makes a pretty good cup of coffee and works just fine with tea bags. I love the options it offers: one 7.5 oz. cup, 2 7.5 oz. cups or 1 15 oz. cup. It's great for people who don't want a whole pot of coffee or just prefer their coffee 100% freshly made for each cup. It's a durable machine, particularly compared to some of the lower cost offerings out there. Unfortunately, it appears that Krups is no longer making this machine and also appears not to have created a new model to replace it. Some of the parts seem to be difficult to come by (I was looking for the little brew baskets and cannot find both sides) so, while it's a great product, consider that it will have little support other than whatever may be available as an initial warranty.

I have used this machine for years. Hands down it is the best pod machine I have owned. Have purchased them for family and friends also. It lasts for years! I have tried many other machines and have never found one that consistently works as well as this one.

I've had this coffee maker for about 5 years now and I will cry when it breaks. It makes the best fastest cup of coffee I have ever had. You can make coffee, tea, espresso and pick the size of the coffee that you want to make it weaker or stronger. It will do 2 cups and heats in about 15-20 seconds so you have a cup in less than a minute.
