This is an update from my previous review regarding no response from Baccarat regarding the broken plunger. I did finally got a response and though it was late, they did agree to send me a new plunger. Two weeks later, not only did I get a new plunger, but an entirely new press! Though it was late I do appreciate them owning up to their guarantee and sending me a new product all the way from Australia. So far it's been producing amazing coffee and I highly recommend this affordable press.
